Modern science is founded on things that we know. These things are mostly understood from smaller things that we know, and these again from even smaller things until we find things that we do not know of completely. This way of modelling has helped us into understanding many problems and to solve them on a finer level. We can now stop dangerous bacteria from killing us by attacking them on chemical level, without killing ourselves. On the physical level we can understand things as being build from atoms who behave very different and unpredictable.
The cropcircle problem
As scientific and other research shows, we find that cropcircles can not be predicted from causes that we know very well. Therefore most people that do not like "unexplained phenomena" prefer explanations that are easier to accept, even when they can be proven to show different physical results.
The problem of cropcircles is then that we can not proof that there is an "unknown cause" in the creation of cropcircles, because western science only accepts causes that are known and can be reproduced in laboratoria. We can not reproduce cropcircles using "plasma vortexes", so science will not accept it as an explanation. My own research shows that there is even a more "unknown" and "inpredictable" cause of cropcircles.
A different cause: Etherical energy
My explanation is different: cropcircles are created by "etherical energy". This is energy that makes living organisms grow and causes all kinds of senstations connected with living. This kind of energy is not accepted by western science, but much scientific evidence exists. But the problem is that this energy is "inpredictable" and because western science only accepts "materialistic models" it has been discarded. Fortunately eastern sciences have been able to collect much more evidence and have constructed some models of this "energy".
But there is a good chance we don't need any "scientific evidence" at all, in whatever paradigm. That is because it can be experienced by anyone, even sitting in the chair at home. And I hope that it will be easy to accept that way..
For the ease of understanding I will list here some of the physical anomalities that have been found in cropcircles:

Many of the "nonphysical" anomalies have been reported by many people. In my experience it seems that about 75% of the people that visit cropcircles have experienced these anomalies.
Etherical energy in the creation of cropcircles
My own experiences with etherical energies have mostly started since I started exploring cropcircles, and have since then affected my style of living much. There are many ways to "sense" etherical energy, and it is slightly more indirect than the "normal senses" like looking, hearing and feeling. The problem is that "sensing" does also affects the energies themselves. It is like watching someone, who then "feels watched" and looks directly at you.
As I tried to understand these energies, I found that much research shows very similar effects as those in cropcircles. It was sometimes even a bit more than similar..
Because the effect of the "etherical energies" are positive on my body (and spirit), I associate these energies with "healing energies". I first found scientific literature describing the effect of "healing". Because most scientists do not like the idea of the existance of "some other energy", the most common explanation has been that it must have been a "psychological effect". Luckily I found evidence that the effect is even better with plants. So it seems that the "psychological effect" is exactly reverse... by thinking we restrict the effect of the energies!

Four of the plants have been exposed by etherical enegies from one person. They show a significant difference in growthrate. The other four have not been exposed.

was sending "positive energy" towards the "Y" group, and it had a
positive effect on the growth and the health of the plants.
Some of these experiments can be found in "The secret life of plants" (Tomkins). Other experiments are listed in "de geheime kracht van planten". My own experience is that the health of plants is very much affected by the attention that is given to them and by whom.
Differences in growing rates
It will be clear that, if we can proof that these energies are present in cropcircles, then we can proof that these can indeed affect the growth and germination rate of cropcircles or their seeds.
Many scientific experiments have shown that living organisms can cause electromagnetic fields or are affected by them. Many researchers show that there is a electromagnetic field around the human body, which depends on the human's health and psyche. It has been proven that electrical and magnetic charges can be affected and that the cells emit photons.
By many scientific researchers this led to their conclusion that "etherical energy" was equal to electromagnetic waves. But because I am sensitive to electromagnetic waves and "etherical energy" I can declare that "etherical energy" is much more than that, and is only partially (and maybe indirecly) connected with electromagnic waves.
One of the best known method showing the electrical phenomena around living organisms
is high voltage photography, or "Kirlian photography". Research by some scientists shows that
there is a clear connection with this electrical phenomena and acupuncture meridians,
which have been researched by Chinese medicine and is thought to be a connection between
"spirit" and body. Medical research shows that acupuncture does direcly affect
the levels of peptides in the body. Medical researches also show that Nuclear Magnetic
Resonance Imaging shows differences in the health of the body and that cells can be
affected by small electromagnetic fields.

High voltage photography can also be used to measure the amount of etherical energy in non-living matter.

Sensitive electrical equipment
As etherical energies affect high-voltage photographs, we may conclude that strong etherical energies are responsible for the disturbances of sensitive electrical equipment. Ofcourse these etherical energies are still present in the cropcircle, as a lot of people can confirm.
One of the easiest to spot anomalies is the bending of the nodes of the plants of the crop.These can be proven not be be caused by growth, draught, chemistry or microorganisms as research on microscopic level shows.

In research on the telekinetic effect of "etherical energies" on matter I found the following picture:

Other research shows that there is actually a streching of the cristal structure, which can not be reproduced by bending metal in any mechanical way. Experiments using kirlian photography proof indeed that etherical energies are responsible for these telekinetic effects:

As parapsychological studies show, some people can control their etherical energies causing telekinetic effects. As eastern culture is very clear about the existance of such energies and made it accessible to all people, there has been much experience in the workings and effects of it. Different cultures developed different ways of experiencing and controlling these etherical energies, like Yoga, Tai-chi, Tantra, Ki-gong. It seems that shamans used very similar techniques, in whatever culture. In the western world we have lost many of such shamanic practices because of witch-hunters who believed that such practices were devilish. Yet even the western churches use such techniques, but these practices or their goals were kept secret from public.

Some show a very interesting physics:
As the experiments show, the etherical energy called "Qi", affects molecules, the polarization of light (like magnetism) and the radioactivity (like the weak or strong force). This means the "etherical energy" is connected to electric, atomic and sub-atomic levels of the physical reality. It may be clear to anyone that it certainly changes the whole perspective of the connection between etherical energy and the physical body. These experiments simply show that the connection is on every level of physics. In Kirlian photography we only see a part of this connection.
Even if the effect is very small on one level, it will certainly have great consequences for our model of physics. It may be understood that the physical world is affected on all levels by etherical energies, and that physical bodies can be grown using these etherical energies. Physics will behave slightly different as a living being affects it with these energies. Even as the effect is much smaller in average, the total effect over time can be very large. A single drop of water can move a bit of sand at a time, a very small river can move through a mountain. It seems that we are just opening a totally new view on the physical world.
Plasma vortex energies
As Levengoods researchs shows that a plasma vortex can be explain some of the anomalities in cropcircles. Research on "etherical energies" by sensitive people shows that this energie behaves much like vortexes. We may understand that "plasma vortex" energy in cropcircles could be of the same nature as "etherical energies".
If science is able to accept the existance of etherical energies, we can subsequently proof that cropcircles are caused by etherical energies.
Who is controlling these energies and what they are trying to tell us, can not be proven. But because these etherical energies seem to be connected to some kind of "spirit", and because we usually do not see any physical body making the cropcircles we may try to play with the idea that some kind of "spirits" are involved in making these cropcircles. Something that seems to be confirmed from other sources.
For me etherical energies are as real as the common senses of hearing and seeing. But I have to admit that not everyone has experiences with these energies. Therefore I summarize some ways by which you may get experiences similar to mine. Please note that it takes quite a while to get used to this uncommon sense. Remember that each human does not hear well enough to understand speach, just by being able to hear. It will take years to develop such skills.
The existance of etherical energies can be proven in a very simple way. There is only one barrier to overcome: your own thoughts. That is because thinking destracts us from feeling/sensing these etherical energies and can even block any notice of them.
